It is excellant value for money. The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in the very good building with very caring and exceptionally welcoming stuff. The location is peaceful, in the restaurant on Sunday night. Plus, this property is close to the centre of Chartres, Tunnel and the sanctuary.

Kyriad Chartres was a great stop for us! The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with a flat screen television and free Wi-Fi. We especially appreciated the large rooms with 24-hour room service and modern amenities like the multi-jet shower in the bathroom.

Clean room, comfy beds, good price for a quick stop.
Poor layout with hard mattresses, inadequate electric socket availability, and shower fixtures that could use better finishing. Parking can be a hassle as the stairs are rough and confusing with multiple doors leading out. Breakfast priced at €15 per head without much variety makes it hard to justify.

Room is okay.
It was busy when I arrived. So had to wait for staff at reception as they were busy in the bar/restaurant. Even when they walked by nobody said anything just to let you know they noticed you where there. As I had to work on my room I asked for roomservice at the reception. They could only get me a cold plate. I agreed and asked for this. They said 15 minutes. I am still waiting for my cold plate. Hotel is not bad but the staff not capable of handling bar, restaurant and reception at the same time.

I arrived late at night. Because I did not know the place of the hotel, I lost my way for one hour. For me who called at late time, the staff of the hotel guided you to the new establishment.

Very modern, clean and well maintained, staff were extremely helpful - I left my phone in the room and they are keeping it for us locked in the office until we return to pick it up in a weeks time. Bathroom is very nice, lovely spacious power-shower with body jets/foot tap etc. Hotel is in a spacious industrial area and was very quiet. Quick and easy trip into centre of Chartres, cathederal is a must. Would stay here again.
No English TV channels except for BBC news. Free in-room tea and coffee a little limited.

Had a braw time here! The room was pure clean and the showers were smashing – just what I needed after a long journey. But, the air con was a tad noisy and made for a restless night. Still, I’d come back any day!

Easy to find, good carpark, good bi-lingual staff on desk, evening meal good. No hassle when we changed our booking to leave a day early.
Charge for breakfast a bit high
